Changing Starting Balance

    Select My Finances → Accounts in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap Accounts in the bottom toolbar.
    Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) of the account whose starting balance you want to change, then select Edit Starting Balance. The Edit Starting Balance dialog opens.
    Enter the new Starting Balance, then click Save.
  • If the account type is Checking, Savings, or Cash, the starting balance must be 0 or greater. It cannot be negative.
  • If the account type is Credit Card or Loan, the starting balance must be 0 or less. It cannot be positive.
