These are the most important new features we plan to implement during the Beta.This list may evolve based on feedback from beta testers.
In addition to adding transactions manually on the page, you will be able to set up recurring transactions.
For example, transactions that occur:
- monthly
- every 3 months
- yearly
Once a recurring transaction is set up, it will be added automatically.
When you make a credit card purchase, the repayment will be automatically included in the budget for the following month.
This helps ensure that credit card repayments are not overlooked.
A setting will be available on the page to enable or disable this feature.It will be .
You will be able to add transactions using Siri, without opening the Pixel Budget app.
Example:
User: “Hey Siri, record an expense of 30.25”Siri: “Which account?”User: “Citibank”Siri: “Which vendor?”User: “Walmart”
The transaction will be added to the page, where you can review and approve it.
Currently, imported transactions can only be reviewed in the desktop web app.
During the Beta, this functionality will also be available in the mobile app.
Help icons (question mark) and info icons (“i”) are displayed throughout the interface. These provide useful tips and guidance in popup panels.
To support a cleaner interface, you will be able to hide these icons from the page.
A dark mode option will be available for both the desktop web app and the mobile app.
Currently, only a light theme is available.
Currently, Pixel Budget includes the following report types:
- Expenses
- Incomes
- Vendors
- Payers
- Cash Flow
- Trend Reports
A new will be added.
This report will show how your account balances change over time (month by month).You will also be able to include or exclude individual accounts.
