Financial Overview Values

The Financial Overview contains five key numbers:

Available Balance

This represents the total amount of money you currently have in your checking and cash accounts that is available for spending. It excludes money in savings and any credit or loan balances.

Total Savings

This is the total amount of money you have stored in your savings accounts. These funds are usually reserved for long-term goals, emergencies, or future spending and are separate from your daily spending money.

Total Credit Card Debt

This reflects the total outstanding balance on all your credit cards. It’s the amount you owe and need to pay back to avoid interest charges and improve your financial health.

Total Loan Debt

This shows the total balance of all your loans, including real estate loans or mortgages, car leases, student loans, and other personal loans. It represents the amount you still need to repay over time.

Total Net Worth

This represents the net balance of your accounts within this app. It’s calculated by subtracting your total debts (credit card debt and loans) from your total assets, including cash and checking accounts, as well as savings. This total excludes real estate and investments.
