Select in the left vertical menu.
- If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- In the mobile app, tap in the bottom toolbar.
Click next to the button.
- In the mobile app, tap the icon in the top toolbar.
The dialog will appear. Adjust the fields based on what you want to filter.
Click .
Only the transactions that meet your criteria will be shown in the list.
In the dialog, you can set the following fields:
- Click the date fields to set the earliest and latest dates of the transactions you want to see.
- Select which transaction types you want to see in the list: , , , or .
- Enter the vendor or payer name you want to search for.
- Select the account(s) used in the transactions.
- Select an , or both an and , to filter expense transactions.
- These fields are available only when is selected as the transaction type.
- Select an , or both an and , to filter income transactions.
- These fields are available only when is selected as the transaction type.
- Enter text to search for in transaction notes.
If you select more than one criterion, only transactions that match selected criteria will appear in the list.
To remove the filter, click .
- In the mobile app, tap the icon in the top toolbar.
Click next to the button.
- In the mobile app, tap the icon in the top toolbar.
The dialog will open with the previously selected fields. Update them as needed.
Click .
The transaction list will be updated based on your new criteria.
