Authenticator App Two-Factor Authentication

Authenticator app two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.
When enabled, a 6-digit verification code generated by an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, must be entered during login.
You must enter this code to complete the login process.


Turn On Authenticator App Two-Factor Authentication

    Select User → Account & Security in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Account & Security.
    Under Two-Factor Authentication, next to Authenticator App: OFF, click Turn On.
    The Set Up Authenticator App dialog appears. Follow the instructions in the dialog to add Pixel Budget to your authenticator app.
  • You can scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  • In the mobile app, you can also copy the setup key and enter it manually in your authenticator app.
    Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app.
    Click Turn On.
From now on, you must enter a verification code generated by your authenticator app each time you log in.


Turn Off Authenticator App Two-Factor Authentication

    Select User → Account & Security in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Account & Security.
    Under Two-Factor Authentication, next to Authenticator App: ON, click Turn Off.
    The Turn Off Authenticator App dialog appears.
    Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app.
    Click Turn Off.
Authenticator app two-factor authentication is now turned off.
