Reset Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it using the password recovery process.


On the Web

    Open  www.pixelbudget.com  in your browser.
    Click Log In.
    On the Log In page, click Forgot password?
    On the Forgot Your Password page:
  • Enter your email address
  • Click I'm not a robot
  • Click Send Password Reset Link
    A password reset link is sent to your email address.If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
    Open the email and click the password reset link.
    The Reset Password page opens in your browser.
    Enter your new password.
    Click Reset Password.
You can now log in using your email address and new password.


In the Mobile App

    Launch the app.
    If you are not logged in, the Log In screen appears automatically.
    Tap Forgot password?
    Follow the same steps described above starting from Step 4 in the Web section.
