Change Email Address

    Select User → Account & Security in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Account & Security.
    Under Login Details, click Change next to your email address.
    In the Change Email Address dialog, enter:
  • Your password
  • Your new email address
    Click Change Email.
    The Verify New Email Address dialog appears and a security code is sent to your new email address.
    In the Verify New Email Address dialog, enter the security code to confirm the email address change.
    Click Confirm Email Change.
After confirming your email change, you will be logged out on all devices and will need to log in again with your new email address.
