Email Two-Factor Authentication

Email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.When enabled, a 6-digit security code is sent to your email address during login.
You must enter this code to complete the login process.


Turn On Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication

    Select User → Account & Security in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Account & Security.
    Under Two-Factor Authentication, next to Email-based: OFF, click Turn On.
    The Turn On Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication dialog appears, and a security code is sent to your email address.
    Enter the code in the dialog.
    Click Turn On.
From now on, you must enter a security code sent to your email address each time you log in.


Turn Off Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication

    Select User → Account & Security in the left vertical menu.
  • If the menu is not visible, click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
  • In the mobile app, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select Account & Security.
    Under Two-Factor Authentication, next to Email-based: ON, click Turn Off.
    The Turn Off Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication dialog appears, and a security code is sent to your email address.
    Enter the code in the dialog.
    Click Turn Off.
Email-based two-factor authentication is now turned off.
